00The Texas Cowgirls perform fast paced equine drill to rock-n-roll classics for PRCA rodeos across the Lone Star State.  Our drills are three to four minutes long with each member carrying the Texas flag racing at high speeds and performing crowd-pleasing maneuvers.  We open rodeos with pivots and then we wow the crowd as entertainment usually after the roughstock events.   
Our team consist of 8-10 cowgirls who range in age from 13-45.  Most of the women are working professionals, household engineers, business owners and one student.  All of the ladies are experienced horsewomen who compete in NHRA, SHOTS, team roping, team penning, barrell racing and competitive trail events.

We all share a common bond and that is our love for the sport of rodeo and rodeo drill.  The sport is a blast to participate in and the crowd loves the color and pagentry that we bring to the show.  As the Director of this team I can tell you one thing for sure; there are no Divas on this team and everyone of the cowgirls are dedicated team members who sacrifice blood, sweat and tears for the thrill of this sport.
